How do you think, who had the best Finals performance by lead guard in play by play era? Also you could rate them all. I didn't include Finals MVP's Billups and Parker, b/c they are tier below than the rest.

22 Curry. ELITE OFFENSE ENGINE ( both as Scorer and Playmaker ) Against the best defensive team in the league ( -5.2 rDRTG with Awesome Prerimeter personnel and depth on defense as Marcus Smart / Derick White with Great help defender on Tatum + Brown ) .

Curry 2022 final Per 75 - 31.2 PPG / 6.0 RPG / 5.5 APG with +8.8 rTS adj. ( 5.9 TS+ added ) And anchor on court offense of +9.6 rORTG adj.

Obviously 09 Kobe. 31.4/7.6./5.4/1.5/1.5/30 PER/10 BPM against one of the best defenses in NBA history (-6.5 rel DRTG). Way above average efficiency (111 individual ORTG). Absurdly low turnover rate. Played fantastic defense. Anchored a ridiculous +9 offense.

06 Wade. Yes, the referees played a big part in those Finals, but Wade did everything to exploit that. To an extent that the Mavs never found the antidote for it.

Jordan was even better in 1991 and 1993, but as he is not included in the survey, I stick with Wade.

Clearly Curry or Wade, depending on how you adjust for era. I'm taking Curry comfortably.
