01, 03, 06-10 for me.

I think I am higher on Westbrook than many but those Kobe years I think him being the best player on a championship team are real possibilities. Kobe is about a top 15-20 scorer ever at worst in these ears mentioned which gives him a nice baseline to act as an anchor for a team in championship contention, and is a top 5-10 playmaker in those respective years. Once you get to that level you most likely can edge out someone like Westbrook who is a top 10 playmaker ever who is merely a plus scorer.

I thinkbthe facility as a scorer, more off-ball chops, and also being a quicker decision-maker when taking a couple dribbles is advantageous. I think Westbrook loses a lot of intrigue as a passer when he is off ball, as he doesn't not to have recognition like some other great playmaker. His playmaking value is more reliant on read and react, and controlling the tempo when he has the ball.

I think Kobe's off-ball defense and communication is probably more ideal for competitive championship rosters. Westbrook is way better at point of attack but his motor isn't fine tuned enough to be someone you want guarding the ball consistently despite that being his biggest strength.
