Is he as big and lengthy as D-Wade? Or more like Monta Ellis? Can someone help me out here?
How athletic is he compared to the NBA guards today?

He's thinner than Wade for sure, but he is really long.
As far as guys 6'4ish, he's as athletic as they come...

I have watched a couple games of Rose and I think his game compares to Wade a lot. Am I wrong? Is there anything that limits him from being as good as Wade is today?

Wade has a security team of black and white striped shirt guys around him all the time. Mayo doesn't.

who is a better player at Memphis, Rose or Penny Hardaway.
I think Penny was better.

Every positive thing i heard about Rose is his athleticism, size, IQ etc.. but when i see him on the court he looks ehhh
Maybe his game is better suited for the pros.

From what I've seen of him this year, Rose is very athletic, atttacks the basket very well and is an unselfish player who has a pretty good understanding of how to run a team. He also appears to be a decent defender, although he might gamble a little bit too much at times.
The weaknesses I see are his outside shot and the fact that he's a little turnover-prone.

I've used the Monta comparison for Rose before.
Derrick Rose is a slightly taller version of Monta (scoring/athleticism), but with ELITE point guard skills (floor vision/passing) and get this ELITE defense.
He will be monster and much better than Starbury 2.0 (aka OJ Mayo).
