Nah man, NO-KG-AI isn't like that. I understand if he has a little hate for Baron for tanking on the Hornets, I think everyone would be if a player did that for their team... but he doesn't waste his time hating on Baron and ranting about it. He just meant that Kobe is THAT good of a player, that any backcourt with him in it is great.

That, and it's not like Fisher is a slouch either, but if I'm building a back court I'm taking the all-time great, and a good complimentary player :dontknow:

And as far as Baron, I'd be pissed at him if we were still in the lottery or what not, but considering we got Chris Paul, I'm not too bitter

Which brings me to a point, people always say the Nets got Vince for pennies, we didn't even get a pick back for Baron :-s

We got Dale Davis, who didn't play, and Speedy claxton. Nice cap relief, but you guys really screwed us on that.

My issue with Baron is that he IS a top 5-10 player at times, almost when he wants to be, and some people choose to only remember that, but it frustrates me to see him slip back into shooter mode, and lazy D mode, when he should be the best PG in the league.....

I like the explosiveness of the Ellis and Davis backcourt, but I'd give slight edge to the Hamilton and Billups backcourt since they seem to have better chemistry.

i hate that mode to As a Warrior fan I see that mode alot but he does make up for it during the 4th Quarter.
But Nelly gives him the freedom to do that now.

Last night Baron + Monta showed why they are clearly ahead of Kidd and Carter at this point in their careers. Baron Davis had 25 points, 12 rebounds, and 10 assists. Ellis added 39 points and 4 boards. Richard Jefferson was the best player on the Nets, and Kidd had a mediocre game.
