Considering everything (Health, Attitude, contracts) who would you rather have on your team?

Tracy McGrady

Percentage wise, he is the better scorer in every catagory, and they are neck and neck everywhere else.
I'll take Carter anyday.

It's close, but McGrady's stats are a bit mis-leading. He's left 3 games at halftime and one game early third quarter. Not counting those, he'd be averaging.....
25.7 points per game
5.6 rebounds per game
6.0 assists per game
44 FG%
in lesser minutes.

McGrady isn't as good a scorer as Vince, people like to pretend McGrady is still the old Orlando Magic McGrady when for the last couple of years now he's been very inefficient with his shooting and horrible in his shot selection. If I'm not mistaken the numbers really prove how Vince has been the better / more efficient scorer for the last couple of years now...
That being said I don't think there's anything wrong with someone picking McGrady over Carter, it's just important to note that from a scoring standpoint Vince has been better for the last few years now.
