Was Dirk ever the best PF in the leauge?
I'm pretty sure alot of people last year were claiming this when the Mavs had 67 wins and Dirk won MVP.

Last year I said he was the league MVP, but that Duncan was still the best player.
There has never been any point in which I wouldn't have rather had either KG or Duncan than Dirk for that matter. And I'd probably still rather have Amare if we can call him a PF. Hell, Dwight too. Oh, and health Brand is a baaaaad man. Yeah um....I've never been a huge Dirk fan. Dude is soft.

Well also as a Mav fan I have considered him one of the best one way PFs, but I have never ranked above KG and TD overall. If you ask me, I would have taken the 05-06 Elton Brand, since I tend to favor traditional big men that actually play solid defense. But I got nothing against Dirk, since he is still one of my favorite players regardless of his flaws.

Easily? How so?
Dirk was a better scorer than Garnett last year- that's it. Defense, rebounding, passing goes to Garnett.
I can understand picking Dirk because of his team success during the regular season (though he still wasn't the better overall player than Garnett) but easily?
Damn

I'm not surprised since it was NetsForce who posted. Any PF has it easily over KG when it comes to NetsForce.

Duncan I willingly accept, and you can easily argue Garnett too. But Brand? WTF? Sure, the guy can play defense but he can't score at will like Dirk, can't spread the floor like Dirk and most of all didn't lead his team anywhere really.
Not even going to respond to Sheed and JO, that's plain disrespecting Dirk. Might as well put Zach Randolph there too.
