Garnett vs. Duncan in Intangibles

Post#1 » by Storm Surge » Mon Jan 21, 2008 12:53 am

Who do you think brings more intangibles?

KG brings that passion and max effort, people know he is going all out and that inspires his team, also he will not badmouth management. KG just wants to win, end of story.

TD is quiet but professional, sets examples with his game not talk.

I don't think humans can really judge intangibles.... that's why they are intangible

Cue the, KG just pounds his chest and punches teammates, and Duncan whines to refs.

Fundmentals and intangibles are two different things.

Fair enough that Duncan is all about intangibles, but how so?

I'd say both- they're both great teammates, hard workers, and love to win.

Intangibles . . . things that can't be measured in a stat sheet but contribute to winning.

Winning: see Tim Duncan.

hard to pick..

but they are my 2 favorite players..it's just a shame that KG plays for the Celtics now, because I hate the rest of their team..

they are both very smart players..and more importantly, probably the 2 most unselfish superstars of this generation..it's a great thing to see, 2 players that could be about themselves and putting up all the points, but instead playing a team game, and doing whatever it takes to win..
