Forderon vs Harris and Terry
Forderon
Pros
Assuming Ford is healthy, you have two of the top ten pure point guards in the league. Calderon could potentially be an allstar and Ford was having a career year until he got injured
Cons
They aren't very good defenders so they can't be on the floor at the same time.
Harris and Terry
Pros
Harris is a gritty defender and can score a bit. Jason Terry is one of the best scorers in the league and is very clutch in the 4th quarter. Also, unlike Forderon, they have the versatility to play together at the 1 and 2.
Cons
Both of them aren't considered playmakers

Harris and Terry most definitely. They are two completely different style players that give you different looks. You need a defensive presence and a guy that looks to pass first put i harris, you want that spark off the bench and 3 point shot you put in Terry. Their combined playoff experience also makes them more valuable come post seaosn.

Assuming Ford is healthy... No.
All things considered, it would have to be considered.
IMO, TJs impact on the game is greater than that of Harris.

No, mavs value Harris' D against the small, quick guards of the West (parker, paul, nash, AI). Also as mentioned above, Harris-Terry have different styles which meshes well so far.

That's the catch. You can't assume health when it hasn't happened consistently.

Those who mention how the Dallas PGs have different styles obviously haven't watched much of Ford & Calderone.
Their styles are completely different. Ford slashes and kicks while Calderone is much more deliberate. Their pace is completely opposite, which is what helps the Raptors and has become glaringly obvious in TJ's absence.
Not to say Forderone is better, but like Terry & Harris, they have to be judged holistically.
