In your opinion, what could this team accomplish in today's NBA? For example, could they at least make the conference finals?

F Dr. J (N. Y. Nets)
F Chris Webber (Warriors)
C Billy Paultz (N. Y. Nets)
G Nate Archibald (Kings)
G Doug Collins (76ers)
6 "Super" John Williamson (N. Y. Nets)
Head coach: Bill Self

Assuming (a) Collins is healthy - - which was very very rare, (b) that Self can adopt his style to the Pro game -- which a lot of top college coaches have not succeeded at, and (c) that the stars can subordinate their egos to team play -- which most of these guys should be able to do considering their styles, then I think Erving and Paultz give them enough defense to dominate given the great offensive talent.

This team would be more talented than Boston (assuming anything resembling a bench other than Williamson who never impressed me much) and would be the best team in the NBA.
