Horford is only a year younger and much more raw then Dwight.

No. He's never going to be as dominant as Howard simply because he isn't as physically gifted and is much more suited to the 4. Still he can hold down that center position as well as any rookie and he'll only get better. Assuming they stay where they are and Horford stays at the 5, Howard and Horford will be 1 and 2 in the East for many years to come.

Not as big
Not as athlete
Not as long
Dwight put up those numbers right out of HS. If he played 3 years of college and then came out he would destroy Horford's numbers.

Of course a rookie is going to be more raw than a 4th year player.

If you were replying to my post, then he would be wrong. Rookie Horford isn't as raw as rookie Howard.

Dwight averaged a double double out of high school. In an extremely slow paced offense with horrible passers.
Horford isn't doing that out of college with a faster paced offense and better passers.

Dwight was far more raw in his rookie year than Horford. Horford was an immediate impact guy in last years draft because he was polished after 3 years of college. Not to mention he is not half the athlete Dwight is. No...just no.

He's the next Al Horford.
I really can't think of a comparison for Al.
He doesn't have freakish athleticism of DH or Amare but he is more athletic than an Al Jefferson.
The way Al Horford can run the floor is a thing of beauty.
I do think he good be as good a rebounder as Dwight

Yeah, and I'm not accusing you of ignorance or anything as you didn't compare Al Horford to any of those players, and rightly so, but there are a lot more problems with those comparisons than just raw athleticism.
