Jamal is the flashiest one, and he can do amazing stuff with the ball, but I'd rate Nash 1st, he's almost as creative with the ball, but much more productive, also, I'd put CP3 over Deron, so

Rafer Alston is supposed to be great, but I don't watch Houston that much to say, and when I do, I don't see anything special.
EDIT: forgot about Iverson, and Wade deserves a honorable mention.

Shaq does has better love handles than Antoine, but if we look at the love handle to height and weight ratio, Antoine wins hands down.

Tinsley definitely has handles, I mean he was a Rucker PG for a long while anyhow, he's got handles for sure.

Nash definitely has handles. It's hard to see them nowadays because he's such an established shooter and passer but when he was younger, he set up a lot of his shots with nasty dribble moves. He still does it from time to time but guys are worried about his shot so much these days, he usually just needs simple moves.

Odds are 2 to 1 that this will turn into a CP3 vs. Deron thread...

Tinsley has some disgusting moves. I'm not sure if he has the some of the best handles in the entire league, but I have seen him pull off some killer spin moves, including double spins off the dribble. He has definately got some fancy 'street' moves, he has fooled a fair share of people with through the leg dribbles and passes, he caught my bulls very own Kirk Hinrich out at some point this season.

I think it's important to separate 'handles' from 'ball handling', a lot of guys have some pretty good crossovers and dribble moves but aren't necessarily good ball handlers in terms of looking after the ball and making safe plays.

It's far to difficult to say who exactly is the best IMO, players have different styles and moves and a lot of guys are very good but aren't clearly better than one and other. Theres a large group of players who could be considered the leagues best IMO.

Rafer obviously has some very good handles going back to his and1 'Skip to my Lou' days for those of you who were into that stuff at the time.

Fair enough; I'd definitely still include Steve Nash if it went in that direction.

Since people have already listed CP3, I'll say Baron. He's got some nice handles.
