If we're not taking into account potential, then I'll take Bobby Jackson.

It's probably a lot closer than people think--and that's not at all a knock on Ellis. But when in his prime, Bobby was really, really good. I often said that ultimately, he was the most important King. In my years of watching the league (like 11 years now), I don't recall any bench player ever coming in and changing the game's energy like Bobby did.

I saw Jackson's prime with the Kings. I could say that he is a game changer in terms of impact and energy...He is an IMPORTANT piece of that championship Kings teams... He is THAT good...People assumes that he is just a good bench player but he is not...He was a special kind of player that totally changed the game for us... I like Ellis, he is talented than Jackson but Jackson's impact of the game is way better than Ellis'...

Bobby Jackson's best year vs. Monta...easily Bobby, could Monta surpass that, yes but then you're bringing the dreaded "P" word into the equation.

And the defense. Bobby Jackson was a LOCK down defender. Same can't be said of Monta at this point.

People forget that when Bibby went out and the Kings were still in their prime, they had Jackson starting and he was averaging near 22 ppg on great percentages if I recall. For all the reasons mentioned above, inclusind defence, I take Bobby Jackson.

^Thats really NOT fair,
That kings team, had they not gotten wrecked by Robert Horry, would have an NBA championship.

Yeah, thanks... That's what I meant. Those Kings teams were playing at a championship level... That team was something... *sighs* It's a shame that we didnt win at least ONE chip...Damn...
