Smoove.
Wallace is a good defender... but he's more of a #s defender than actual defense, especially when you move him to 4.
Smoove is more of a natural 4.. his skills translate there a lot better.

Anyway, I'd say Josh Smith, but it's not as easy of a pick as some people might say it is.

Wallace is a baller, gets to the line, covers the floor, crams it in transition... Smith is like Wallace plus 2 inches and 30 pounds of muscle.
