Definately Marvin. Upside is tremendous.

Childress meanwhile has an ugly jumpshot and isn't as young as Marvin (21!)

I'll go with Marvin. I think he will be a 20/5/5 player, or close to that, in a few years. Childress is a great role player, but nothing more.

I like Chil.

Plays both ends. Can play the 1,2 and 3. VERY efficient.

Reminds me a lot of a Pippen lite.

Chill is an efficient scorer, great finisher and remarkable offensive rebounder, but he's pretty bad defensively. Chill has been playing better than Marvin since Marvin's shot stopped falling, but Marvin has the potential to be 10x better than Chill.

Didn't Chil average something like 24, 6 and 6 starting for the stretch of time that Johnson was out late last season?

Chill had some really good games, but he never averaged 24/6/6 over any stretch. He only broke 20 points three times while Joe was out. Only hit 6 assists once.

Don't get me wrong, I love Chill. He has won a lot of games with his clutch rebounding and great finishes around the basket. He just isn't as good as Marvin offensively or defensively. Better rebounder though. Which hopefully will change.

Chil has been good for us but he doesn't really ever create his own shot and because he scores off the attention given to other players, it doesn't really make him a factor as a playmaker. I think Chil is one of the best in the league at moving to an open space under the basket and finishing though.

Marv has a lot of potential, I'm not as high on him as some are. I don't seen him ever being much of a factor as a playmaker either. He needs to improve his rebounding too. He could be a great scorer if he could hit from 3, right now he takes a lot of deep 2s.
