Dunk Contest: Jason Richardson ('03) vs Vince Carter ('00) vs Dwight Howard ('08) who wins?

If those three contests were put together with those participants, who would have won?

2000 Vince Carter. By a landslide. Don't get me wrong, I love Dwight, and thought his performance last night was unreal, but he was also VERY dependent on props--Carter didn't use or need any--he was just monstrous that night.

he had 4 great dunks..the last dunk could have been great too, but it was more of a safe dunk, since he needed a 42 to win..Francis and McGrady were great competition, so he needed the last one..another positive is that he didn't miss any dunks the entire night..everything was new, the crowd went insane, including the other contestants..

the man jumped over a 7 footer..anybody that can do that can do any VERTICAL dunk that anybody else can do IMO..greatest dunker of all-time..just watch the top 100..

VC '00 and not even close IMO.

Vinsanity put on one of the best shows ever. Dwight's seems overrated to me... especially since he didn't even dunk the superman one.

I'm with everybody else, Vince is the easy winner. Just an amazing show that he put on. I think I'd have to have Richardson above Howard as well.

Yeah actually I'm gonna change my mind. Every one of JRICH's dunks [except the first one in the 2nd round] was absolutely amazing. The dude can juuuuuump so fkin high
