"Softest" championship team ever?

In various ways, there's been a lot of discussion on these boards about finesse -vs- banging, "softness" -vs- "toughness", etc. It fairly reasonable to say that a "soft" team can be relatively successful but will rarely (if ever) win much more than a decent playoff spot.

So I got to thinking: What do you figure the "softest" ever championship team has been? Has there ever really been a truly "soft" team that's managed to get the job done? If you can't think back too far, just say within the last 10 or 15 years.

You got me.

Back on topic though, Heat are definitely not a soft team. Alonzo alone gives that team all the toughness they need. I hated that guy, but after hearing him say "aint now way im gonna go out in a stretcher" after being injured, that was awesome.

On second thought: If I had to pick a championship team, I think I'd actually have to take the Spurs. I mean, they weren't all softies, but by championship standards it seems like they might be.

Perhaps a better question would be (and answer this one if you want):
What was the softest team ever to reach the finals?

Can you please clarify how the hell any of the Spurs teams might even be considered in the top 10 softest championship teams? Any team that is the best defensive team in the league year in and out shouldn't even be in the same sentence as "soft".

Mavericks where pretty soft in the finals. Not a knock on their team, their well built, but where pretty soft.

I'd probably go with the Golden State Warriors. They had Cliff Ray who was a serious banger but only a part time player (George Johnson who split time was a shotblocker but not a physical guy). Otherwise, they had two finesse players at forward (Rick Barry and Jamaal Wilkes); probably the least inside muscle ever to win a title and that's what I think of as soft.
