KG then Duncan then Dwight.... Dwight still has a relatively raw offensive game. KG has the better mixture of agility and skill-set while Duncan mainly relies on his skill-sets.

I'll take KG. He can score in so many ways, and is easily the best passer of the 3. He put up 9 consecutive seasons with 20+ ppg and 4+ apg. Duncan is also a very good scorer and very good passer for a big, and is an all-around better player than KG when you include D, but for offense only I'll take KG.
Dwight is too raw on the offensive end at this point in his career, although with his amazing athleticism and power he could mature into the best scorer of the 3.

def not dwight. he doesn't have any offensive game he can only jump really high.

Got his panties in a bunch after people said they think Dwight is the best big in the league right now (which is not uncommon on Orl's board).

Said blah blah blah versatility is the best thing ever. Garnett and Duncan were better offensively in their primes than Shaq in his prime because they can hit jump shots and Shaq can't.

So he thought he'd be cool and make this.

Dwight is the most dominant out of the 3, and is pretty much unstoppable when he's close enough to the net..he's a little too raw to win though..Garnett and Duncan are both much superior in creating plays for their teammates/passing, which is part of the offensive game..if Howard can become as good of a post passer as Shaq, he's going to be SCAAARRRYYYY..

Duncan is the best low post passer in the NBA IMO, but KG is easily the best all-around passer for a big man and easily the most versatile..he can take it inside and has a great post game, and he has the best outside shot of 3..but would you rather have Garnett's versatility, or Duncan's better shot selection, which is playing inside a lot more?..Duncan takes 20% more shots inside, and 20% less from jumpers..

so that's the question IMO..

KG he has the best jumper.

Duncan has the best back-to-the-basket game. Garnett has the best jumpshot.

But offense isn't just about shooting. Garnett is the best passer of the 3 mentioned, so that's why I'd give the honor to KG.

I say it's TD . He has the most refined post game of the three, the best footwork and by far the best post moves.

KG isn't really a great offensive player in the post but he is the most versatile.

Although Dwight has shown marked improvements in his offensive game he is still too raw right now. He shouldn't be in the discussion among two of the greatest PFs of all time.

Duncan, then Garnett, then Howard.

Garnett is more versatile than Duncan, but Duncan has been consistently more efficient his entire career because he plays in the paint and consequently hits a higher FG% and draws more fouls. Furthermore, he's an extremely capable passer and is constantly involved in pick-and-rolls and hand-offs, hitting cutters, etc.

Garnett's a fine player on offense and a better shooter, more athletic, but Duncan's an example of a less athletic but much more dangerous offensive tool.

I strongly debate miller31time's contention that Garnett is the best passer; he may be, but I don't think it's a clear-cut decision. Garnett produces more assists, sure, but Duncan and he play different styles of basketball; Duncan is usually the guy getting the hockey assist because he gets the ball inside and kicks it out to a swing hub, who gets credited for the assist. Garnett is more often in position to find the scorer directly because of where and how he plays.

Definitely Duncan.

Howard doesn't even enter this discussion.

He's raw as an open wound even still, has no jumper to speak of, isn't a very good passer and gets a LOT of his buckets on alley-oops and transition opportunities as opposed to in iso sets... and he still doesn't handle double-teams all that well. He's coming along nicely and what he is capable of achieving with a limited but growing skillset and athleticism is astonishing... but he's nothing compared to these two ITO offensive value.

You should take out Dho and put in Yao to make this comparison a lot more interesting.

that is something that is ignored about Duncan..he might be #1 in the NBA in "hockey assists"..obviously the swing pass out of the post comes into play often, but he also creates a lot off baskets off outlet passes to one guy, who then passes it to the other guy cutting and picks up the assists..he's also one of the best in the NBA at passing out of the high post, and passing to a player coming off a backdoor screen..part of the reason we love him..a lot of his value isn't measured and is ignored by the casual fan..he rarely makes the wrong play, always involved in screens and deferring to the mismatch..

I'm amazed that the first few people picked KG off the cuff. Have you people seen his field goal percentages? I feel like its one of the most overlooked parts of his game despite the fact that it is his largest detriment. Especially as a big man.

Garnett's athleticism is no bigger advantage to him than Duncan's lower body strength which allows him to post up almost anyone outside of Shaq. Both guys are great at facilitating an elite offense, I picked Duncan because he is so much better on the baseline and in the low post but he can also face up and drive from the high post. Garnett is having a great offensive season too though. You can see how tough of a cover he is now that you can't throw doubles at him as easily. He can just blow by his defender and he is such a good finisher.
