I assume by "production" you include upside, because at least in per-game stats Craig Smith may be tops.
I'm tempted to put Millsap at the top as well, because he has the most competition for his PF minutes yet still manages to get in and play well. Haven't seen as much of the others (especially Landry) to properly rank them.
