Who had the most impact on their profession in terms of mastery of their skills, dominance as compared to their peers and influence on society?
In short who's the greatest out of these four?

Is this a joke? Jordan easily... He is considered by many to the th GOAT and those other 3 didnt even get drafted... as a matter of fact, I didnt even know they played basketball

If we're talking sports in general it's gotta be Tiger. He'll probably pass Jack for all time wins in 2010. That'd be like Lebron breaking Kareem's scoring record at the age of 30.

easily Ali..probably the most recognizable athlete of all-time..had cultural impact with the incident vs. the US government..dominant in his sport..Tiger and Michael were dominant in their sports, but didn't have significant impact outside of the sport IMO..
Tupac was important for the ghetto culture and a great inspiration to many..he was definitely an important figure..but as for "his sport"? he was the best, and still is the best at making the deep songs(Face too), but he wasn't the best rapper in terms of skills, and he probably wouldn't make my top 10..

Since when do they hand out Nobel Peace Prizes for calling George Frazier a gorilla?

jordan and tupac shouldn't even be in the discussion. Jordan isn't the greatest of all-time and he didn't start any revolution in the nba. Wilt would be the person who revolutionized the game.
the only real choices are between Ali or Tiger. Cassius Clay was UNBEATABLE, when he became Muhammad Ali, he lost his drive and became beatable. Tiger is the most dominate athlete in the history of sports, for a second it looked like Federer might get up there with him, but it seems that people have caught up to Federer.

The difference is anyone who says Obama has won the race as of now just isn't correct.
Ali got nominated in 2007 (and getting nominated for a Peace Prize means pretty much nothing). He didn't win.
It is interesting though how many people just completely forget what an ass Ali was in his heyday. Frazier still hates hits guts to this day IIRC.

IMO if it wasnt for jordan, then we still would have had bird, magic, hakeem, shaq...if it wasnt for tupac we would still have had vanilla ice
...if it wasnt for ali, there would have been frazier, foreman and so on...but I really wouldnt care about golf if it wasnt for tiger (does greg norman still play?)

Ali is EASILY the most influential, hands down. He took the hard way all the way, being black, being a Muslim, rejecting the draft etc etc., and peaked in the highly volatile 1960s and 1970s.
Then comes Tiger, who is possibly the GOAT in a previously all-white sport, then MJ (who was great, but did not break down any barriers) and Tupac is a FAR FAR fourth.
