Ill take Okafor, but anyone who takes Martin isn't crazy, Okafor is the better player, but his health concerns me.
Martin's TS% is .602 (19th in the league, 7th among players averaging 20pts/40 or more); Okafor is at .545, 86th in the league.
It's a tough choice, but I would take Martin...even though he's a bit of a one-trick pony, it's one hell of a trick.

Yes, Okafor can anchor an elite level defense, and still be a good scorer if properly utilized....
Martin is a great scorer, but I wouldn't say you could build an offense or defense around him.
