The Lakers, and it's not close.

I'd say the Pistons. They are so good together and everyone on their team is good. You are basically asking, Who is the deepest team in the league?

Lakers are the deepest to a lot of people but to me it's the Pistons.

From 1-15 it's the Pistons , Lakers got too many scrubs at the end of the bench .

The Hornets don't even have a 15 man roster.

Ditto Cavs and Celtics they barely have a starting 5 plus a 6th man.

In what way, troll?

The question is which team has the best 15 man roster in the NBA - essentially, who has the best roster in the NBA. And the answer to that question is the Lakers, with the Celtics and the Suns fighting for second place. Some are debating about the ends of teams benches in order to answer the question, which I find to be laughable logic. 1-8, no one in the league can touch the Lake Show. The other guys riding the bench are irrelevant.

The Pistons bench if trifling. Afflalo and Stuckey have both been major disappointments, and Johnson and Maxiell are nothing special. There's a reason they were forced to pickup old washed up Theo Ratliff - their front court is amongst the worst in the league.

If you compare the Pistons 8-15 players to the Lakers it's not even close . The Pistons are way better at the end of the bench .

It has to be the Lakers. Even Kobe himself said his team had the best bench in the league and with Bynum they have the best starting 5.

Kobe says Lakers have the best bench

Of course Kobe says that , he plays with that team .

So because the Pistons 3rd stringers are, in your opinion, better than the Lakers 3rd stringers, that outweighs how much superior the Lakers top-8 guys are to the Pistons? I think you're taking the "15 man" in the title too literal.

Stuckey: 6.1 ppg on 37% from the field and 12% from downtown.

Afflalo: 3.3 ppg on 41% from the field and 20% from downtown.

Not exactly lighting the NBA world on fire.

What exactly did you expect of mid-end first round picks ? Anything more then this would be delusional .

And no it doesn't make up that the first players of the Lakers are better but still the pure depth of the Pistons is better . Thats all im saying .

1) How can the Spurs not be included?

2) I fail to see how the Pistons bench is better than the Lakers... Lakers have 6 players averaging 6+ points off the bench... Pistons have 3...

Anyways.. IMO its between Lakers and Celtics

Fisher/Farmar
Kobe/Sasha/Karl
Lamar/Luke/Ariza
Pau/Turiaf/Radman
Bynum/Mihm/Mbenga

Rondo/Cassell/Pruitt
RAllen/TAllen/House
Pierce/Posey/Scalabrine
Garnett/Powe/Davis
Perkins/Brown/Pollard

LOL Lakers automatically lose, they only have 14...

haha another thread that illustrates how badly under the radar the Spurs are:

PG: Parker/ Stoudamire/Vaughn

SF: Bowen/ Udoka
PF: Duncan/ Horry/ Bonner
C: K. Thomas/ Oberto
