Ronny will have a job in the NBA as long as he wants because he's an outstanding teammate who hustles his rear end off.

But from the standpoint of pure game, there isn't anything that he does other than shot blocking that I'm overly impressed with.

Haslem just seems more solid, more consistent. Maybe Turiaf would be too if he got more playing time. Trouble is, he has a tough time playing for length stretches because of foul trouble.

That said, I'd still keep Ronny at all costs because he's such a likable guy. He's a big reason why this Lakers team seems to have such good chemistry, and that can't be measured by statistics.

Yep.

Haslem has a better mid range shot, and he's a better man defender and rebounder from what I can tell. Ronny is the better shot blocker though, and he brings a ton of energy off the bench, whereas Haslem seems like somewhat of a zombie (as in no emotions).

Ronny is also a better cheerleader.
