Who does this guy compare to? I love his game and versatility and I think he's still got load of potential left, but what's holding him back?
and how much do you think he'll get this offseason....

defence is whats holding him back. and he's at an all time low, value wise.

Zero defense. Wildly inconsistent, you never know what you'll get on any given night. Takes too many jumpers, he's much better going to the basket. Also doesn't like to pass the ball. Last night, for example, he played 35 mins, took 20 shots, had zero assists.

Antwan Jamison.... Pretty much to a T.
He seems to just lack motivation at time and had big lapses in his play... his rookie year in Toronto he played decent D, he was buzzing around the ball nearly averaging a block and steal.. since being in Milwaukee those numbers just have seemed to disappear. He can be a big x factor at times man has some serious skill.. Dropped 48 on Mil in his rookie year..
Right now in Mil, i think hes in a situation right now to just get his.. since he wants to be traded or whatever he hasn't been playing his true game taken way to may shots not passing and so on..

I'm not a huge fan of Charlie V's game, personally I think he's more likely to be the next Tim Thomas...tons of potential, great versatility, but a career backup who never lives up to expectations. I remember during his rookie season in Toronto I was pretty high on him during the first half of the year. He was playing with some real determination looking to prove his doubters wrong. It seemed like about half way through the year when people were giving him praise that it looked like he felt he'd proved his doubters wrong, and became a little too satisfied with what he's accomplished, if that makes any sense. It just seemed that during the first half of the year he used the motivation of proving his detractors wrong to play well, and after he felt he had he seemed to lose that motivation.
He has tons of talent, and maybe it's just a case of getting on the right team/playing for the right coach.

The problem with him is that he needs to be constantly motivated in order to perform good. He can do anything if he put his mind to it, because he's just that good, but the problem is his mind seems to be elsewhere much of the time.
