He has Pete Maravich over Jerry West...
And they call him a sports analyst....
Also, is this a correct representation of the top SGs?
I mean Gervin and Iverson over Drexler?

I think they just ranked them by PER.

I don't see Maravich over West. And Gervin and Iverson is highly debatable how they are over Drexler.
Stupid thread IMO...

I guess my eyes are deceiving me, because Jerry West is 3rd while Pete Maravich is 8th. And it seems the players were ordered according to their PER. West would probably be second if they recorded steals and blocks and had a 3 point line like most of these other guys did.

No, the OP was right. He's referring to the graphic showing the writers and who they voted for. Sheridan gave Jordan 10 pts for a first place vote, 9 pts to Maravich for a second place vote, Kobe 8 pts (3rd) and West 7 pts (4th).
It's funny how the PER rankings also match the rankings of those given by the 20 panelists.

Look at the little ranking list at the bottom, with "CS" as the initials. That's what he's talking about.
Sheridan's a great reporter, but he sucks horribly as an analyst.

Ohhh that's what you guys are talking about, I thought Chris Sheridan was the one who wrote the whole thing.
