Max Redd-Worst clutch player in NBA history?

Post#1 » by Buck You » Thu Mar 13, 2008 3:04 am

He plays well in the start of the game and it all looks promising. Then when it gets to the 6:00 mark in the 4th quarter he just takes over. He shoots every shot, over dribbles, hogs the ball and just looks horrible. He misses basically every shot he takes and looks worse than Jamal Crawford out there. This only happens in the 4th quarter with 6:00 left, usually the clutches time of the game. He has a grand total of one game winning shot in his career and numerous misses. The worst part of it is that he doesn't learn from his mistakes either, he does the same thing every single game! Please, tell me a worst clutch player than Redd, please, enlighten me.

Jamal Crawford is just like that, only he plays like that for the entire game.

Chris Webber was worse than Redd in the clutch, but he actually played in the playoffs.

Nick was a clutch player his whole career who had one unfortunate meltdown. He has more NBA game winning shots than Allen Iverson. Come to think of it, AI is right up near the top of this list.
