The Salary Cap Challenge
Posted: Fri Mar 14, 2008 10:53 pm
The salary cap is currently set at 55,630,000. Your job is to be the "RealGM" and put together a team without going into the lux. tax and trying to stay under the salary cap. The goal is to put together a team that would play well together and have the best team out of all the other posters teams.
Rules:
1. Stay under the cap
2. No Rookie Contracts
3. Put a team together that will play hard, work together, and play on both ends of the floor and has a good future (dont pick a bunch of vet that arent being paid alot because your team will not have a good future).
Its been done before but its always kind of fun to see who can put together the best team.

Kaman/Turiaf/Landry
They would be a classic great defensive team with a good post scorer (Kaman) a great role player with a good midrange game (Haslem) one of the most dominant scorers the league has ever seen (James) and great spot up three point shooter (Bell/Posey) and a great clutch playmaker (Billups). The bench is filled with high energy defensive players that all bring something unique to the table.
Who thinks they can do better, try not to copy mine and change 1 or 3 guys?
