Assuming weak benches, no high draft choices, and healthy (the three things that would mean you end up playing these players the great majority of the minutes) . . . .
Team 3 would be my first choice. They are all reasonably young, good defense at the 1 and 3, very efficient scoring at the forward spots, and generally the team with the biggest upside and the fewest weaknesses.
Team 1 is very close as they have outstanding play at the 1 and 3 with a very solid interior with Chandler and Aldridge. However, I don't see as much potential for improvement as Chandler is playing about as well as he can without significant changes to his game, Pierce is aging, and I don't ever see McCants as more than a reserve scorer/marginal starter type. However, Deron, Aldridge and Chandler is a nice core.
Team 2 has Chris Paul. West and Granger are nice players but I don't see either as improving much over this year. Miller is having a career year but he isn't young either. As for Petro, he is a major step below Okafor and Chandler. (thanks)

Disregarding Bench I always go with the best star C or best star PG
That eliminates Rondo PG team.
Then you have Deron wiht Pierce and Chandler at C [who we know works well with a great PG]
Or Paul with West at PF, and Petro at Center. The NO offense is pretty much right there with this team, but I don't think they'd be able to get it done defensively with Petro at Center, and they're ball movement would be limited with mostly either Paul or West having the ball.
I think team A not only has the best 1/5 combo. But would have the best ball movement with both Deron and Pierce beign able to pass and Chandler/Aldridge know their roles on their respective teams for spacing concerns.

What bothers me about Team 3 however is their lack of perimeter shooters. Both Boozer and Melo have solid midrange games but they both work better / are more effective in the post. There's also not a single player on that team I would trust with taking a 3-pointer =/

I kind of like Team 3 but the first would just blow the others away on offense.

Team A has the best mix.
Miller and West is not enough help for Paul to win this and Team C lacks a play maker.
