Which player do you think has the better future? Wright or Young?

The fact you have to post (hornets) after option one. It's definitely young, and really it's not even close.

Both are going to be very good it is hard to say what will happen with them. Young is going to be a star IMO. I was never expecting him to play like he has this year. Wright's game could take a number of different directions depending on how he is developed, whether he becomes a PF with a faceup game like West, all-purpose Josh Howard type, or a playmaker like Boris Diaw. It is very hard to judge what kind of player he will be because offensively he can do everything but he's not great at anything, defensively though he will be a beast.

I like both, but I would have to go with Wright cause I think he has better fundamentals.

Youngs better, more athletic, younger and putting up better stats, when all he has to help is Andre Miller, and Julian Wright has Tyson Chandler as his third best player. Not close.

Honestly, I don't think anyone has seen both players play in more than 1 game so everyone is just talking out of their ass

Yet again... no he doesn't...
Youngs younger more athletic better on offnese, better on defense, better under pressure, and he's Much smarter then wright

Way too early to tell, I'm undecided....

Young is definitely not smarter or better defensively than Wright, that's just plain false.
I do think Young will end up being a better scorer, and second option type of guy, but Wright is a point forward type, who's extremely disruptive defensively.
Wright is just starting to get burn because he plays on a much better team, it's an unfair comparison, but lets not pretend because Young is getting much more burn on a much worse team that he is on some other level.
I still think Julian will be a more valuable player because of his rare court vision for a guy his size, and his defensive prowess.
Julian's real weakness is consistency and WAS his jumpshot, but he's shooting 55% and 50% from 3, so he seems to be doing fine now.
All and all, it's way too early to tell, both have huge upside, and I had them both ranked really high on my big board before the draft, my top 7 looked like this:
Oden
Durant
Horford
Wright
Young
B Wright
Conley
Yi
Too early for a comparison really, but both are obviously better than expected to be early on, and both have significantly improved on their weaknesses.

julian is a slightly better defender, and has better court vision (by a fair margin)
thad is better at about everything else.
this could easily change but right now I like our guy.

Agreed, I think they are about the same as rebounders though, I wouldn't put one ahead of the other, and Young is a better rebounder than I thought he would be.
I also think Julian needs less work on his handle than Young, but he did have an extra year of college seasoning.

well young's weakness coming into the L was his handle, but in the season it hasn't been a problem, ever. he knows his limitations and keeps it simple. If i had to choose a tighter handle though it would be julian.
I do think thad has a higher basketball IQ but thats could just be because i've seen thad play almost every game in his career and wright maybe a little over 10 times (much more in college). Most sixer fans are amazed that a 19 year old could be this smart.

He is more versitile than young but not more athletic. Julian Wright is the better defender and the better passer, but Young is the better rebounder Scorer, and ill say shooting is a wah both players shooting rediculous percentages for rookies, but since young is younger and smater i would take him.

Too early to tell. If you put a gun to my head, I'd take Thad, but honestly, ask again in a season or 2.
