Please indicate who would you rather have take both now and the future into account.

Manu Ginobili (6)

This Argentianian sensation is having one of his best years. He teams with Duncan and Parker to make on scary trio. He is sometimes known to flop, but is still considered a great player. He is hoping to win yet another ring. Great offensive player.
Teammates in 64:2(Tim Duncan, Tony Parker)

VS

Antawn Jamison (11)

Jamison is a great post player at the power forward position. He is leading the Arenaless wizards to a potential playoff birth. He and forward Caron Butler both are having good years (and careers) for the Wizards.
Teammates in 64:2(Gilbert Arenas, Caron Butler)

I think this might be closer than some might think (since Jamison is MAD underrated) but Manu is the far more efficient player on both ends of the floor on one of the best teams in the league. It's got to be him.

Jamison is indeed very underrated (probably due in part to his ugly looking scoop shots), but I still have to give this one to Manu, since he's quite possibly the #2 SG in the league.

I had to go with Ginobili, he's had such a great year and Jamison just doesn't do it for me.

Jamison is only one of two players in the East averaging 20+/10+ (Dwight Howard being the other). He's been one of the main reasons the Wizards have been able to keep their high seed without Gilbert in the lineup.

But with that said, this has to be Manu. He's got the numbers, the efficiency and most importantly, the defense. Antawn has really improved his defense. Currently, I'd rank him as "average" which is a big step up from last year (possibly the worst in the NBA), but Manu is an excellent defender.

Closer than some might think, but as I said, Manu.

Manu Ginobili because he make his teammates better, and you can trust him with the ball in late game situation.

Miller31time makes a strong arguement for Jamison, but Ginobili is great.

I think it is pretty obvious who I would take, but like others have already mentioned Ginobili is the more complete player and his defense separates himself from a guy like Jamison. Also, Ginobili may be the most successful player in terms of winning. He has intangibles that can't be measured in the stat sheet but shine in the winning.
