Even though I'm not really a fan of him.

Maurice Cheeks was our best 2nd rounder.

Willis Reed, then Nate Archibald.

Even lower than 2nd round: Mark Eaton

Undrafted: Ben Wallace (?)

I'd take Tiny, Reed, Sharman, and English over him.

Tinay Archibald was the 19th overall pick in 1970, so he was really picked higher than Tony Parker was.

Willis Reed was picked 8th overall (1st pick of the second round) in 1964, Silas was picked 10th overall that same year.

English was picked 23rd overall.

You can only really count since the NBA went to a 2 round draft so I would say

Gilbert Arenas
Manu(last pick of the second round wtf were gm's thinking)
Boozer

I'm not a huge fan of Redd's right now but I'm pretty sure he's better than Anthony Mason lol.
