Taking the next rules into acount: Which player would you choose for your team?

- doesnt start for his team (no lebron james)
- never has been an allstar (no manu ginobili)
- isnt under his first NBA contract

For my Spurs I'd choose a wingplayer, coz i dont like the backup pointguards (duhon is under his rookie-contract) and our centersrotation is pretty ok with kurt and robert now and splitter and ian later:

so it comes down to
Luke Walton(young and a great glueguy)
James Posey(great defender, shooter)
or Carlos Delfino (young and with a lot of upside..argenine connection)

I'm going with Walton (he only started some games and isnt starting anymore) as I would be a nice complement to manu, bruce, findawg and barry (later only manu, bowen and ime)!

nuggets:
james posey - tough defender that does the little things and hits the 3.
robert horry - because he wins wherever he goes, at whatever age...and it'd be nice to have a clutch big-man shooter.

Agreed, Kirk Hinrich is the perfect PG for the triangle offense.

Travis Outlaw fits all those criteria quite well. He's come on strong this season after signing a 3 year-$12 million contract. Total steal for the Blazers. Only 23.

Off the top of my head I can't think of anyone who meets those criteria whom I like better so I'll stick with Travis.
