So what would the starting lineups be (assuming players are playing at their peak, playing for that franchise - e.g. you only get Brand's rookie and sophmore season)?

Shouldn't Brand be pulled from the Bulls lineups as he wasn't all that in Chicago? He stepped everything up when he went to the Clippers.

All that? 2nd year he went for 20 and 10 with 3 assists, a steal, and 1.6 blocks per game.

On a team that had nothing else but him. Call me less then impressed. When he continued to throw up those numbers with Maggs next to him and Kandi down low was much more impressive.

Hard, you are probably right, Rodman, flaws and all, should probably be starting in place of Brand; then drop Brand to 3rd string for that rookie energy and take Oakley off the team.

You could argue Rodman was at his peak with the Spurs as well.

only his stats . . . he whined, sulked, took his shoes off on the sidelines and generally made his stay a circus. Wouldn't want him in his Spurs period.

How is it more impressive that he got the same numbers surrounded by better talent, while putting up a similar number of shots? Wouldn't most players' numbers be expected to improve if they were given the same opportunities as before, but with more talent around them?

hey but when you look at the h2h matches between drob and jordans bulls, the games wasnt that lopsided. With the new additions of players, i dont see how the bulls can stop the spurs low post presence. Even a young drob was already a handful for the bulls to handle.

ps. i watch that youtube clip of bulls v spurs, very nice.

I think you underrated Gilmore massively.

Yeah, without Gilmore I would lean to San Antonio but add a great post scorer/defender to the Jordan teams and they may be able to hang with the Lakers/Celtic ones.
