which team, all things considered, has the worst big man situation in the nba? my vote goes to the sacramento kings.
they have a solid, but nothing special backup bigman starting at pf in mikke moore. they have a perimeter oriented big man that doesn't defend and isn't getting any younger in miller. they have a young prospect in hawes who's defense is a couple of years away from allowing him to be a solid starter. shelden williams might be out of the nba by the end of his contract. to top it all off, they have multiple year contracts on two players that contribute nothing in k. thomas and SAR.

Sadly, I would consider the Warriors up there. We have Biedrins, who's solid and only getting better, but the rest are all question marks.
Al Harrington = really a SF in a PF's body
Brandan Wright = loads of potential but needs to gain muscle
Kosta Perovic = could be good, but haven't seen much yet
Patrick O'Bryant = stiff, gone this offseason anyway
Mickael Pietrus = big man? he's 6' 6"
So yeah.

Your an idiot. Brad Miller alone holds up the frontcourt also Ron Artest is a 'frontcourt' player as well as he plays the 3 and mostly in the post.
Teams like the Grizzlies, nets, warriors, sonics, Miami, all have inferior frontcourts.

a lot of those teams don't have the long term wasted money that the kings have. the warriors have andris biedrins and brandan wright, two very good youngsters. they have al harrington that earns is paycheck. after that, they don't have any money wasted on big men.
i hope u get a warning for that personal attack though, seems to be a common issue with you.

Sacramento? Miller and Moore are an OK big pair, and Hawes shows a lot of potential. I wouldn't say they're the worse.
Memphis is right down there, Hakim Warrick is the only guy who doesn't completely suck.
Miami's current big rotation is one of the worst the league has ever seem: Blount/Lasme/Baron/Anthony! All of those guys are borderline bench players at best. But when healthy they are not so bad.
I'd say Memphis and the Nets are equally bad. Krstic is hardly ever healthy, and even when he is healthy, he's nothing special. Boone, Swift, Williams and Diop are all bench players. The Sonics are pretty bad too, but I'll take Wilcox, Collison and Petro over what the Griz and the Nets have to offer.

Definitely the Grizzlies. Add Bargnani to their rotation and it's a wrap for the best all-bust frontcourt in the NBA.

this dude is a hater, you got one of the best teams in the L and still have to go out of your way to hate on the Kings for no reason. Miller and Moore are far from an elite frontcourt, but the worst? Far from it. and those "multiple year" contracts you speak of become pretty big expirings after next season.

The Kings do NOT have the worst big man situation. It has to be either the Heat or the Nets.

I wouldn't say NJ has an inferior frontcourt compares to the rest of the league.
We have Nenad Krstic, Josh Boone and Sean Williams who are all young and have shown promise. We also have Diop who's a servicable C and Stromile swift. Yeah swift has underachieved his entire career but as a backup he's ok compared to other backup PF/C's in the league.

come on man did him calling you an idiot really hurt your fealings? If it did, you should stop being a little girl, is "your an idiot" much of a personal attack anyways, if anything it sounds like your backseat modding, im no mod so I dont know the rules but if I had to guess thats what that would be.
As for the thread its either the Heat or the Grizzlies does Marion count as a PF or does he play SF for them?
