I know this has probably been done on here before (if it has feel free to lock this up), but I think they are pretty comparable, and I was wondering who you guys would take.
I'd take Joe Johnson.

From a pure talent standpoint, it's probably Mcgrady. But with all his back problems and injury concerns, I'd take JJ who is an iron man.

Yeah...I'd reluctantly take JJ just because of those injury concerns.

I'd take T-Mac and hope he stays healthy. Johnson doesn't seem like a superstar to me and T-Mac has proven himself as one of the elite players in the NBA. JJ's good, but taking T-Mac is worth the risk of potential injuries.

Tough one. JJ is more reliable but McGrady is far more talented and is capable of carrying a team by himself.
I'll take the chances with McGrady. He always manages to win games even with a joke of a roster.

I think the Rockets would take Pachulia right about now.

McGrady has a .487 TS%. I had NO idea it was that low. That's iverson-esque. Yet Iverson scored a hell of a whole lot more than T-mac.
I'd take Johnson, because at that efficiency, Tmac's teams are better off with him not shooting.

McGrady will get you more wins that Johnson anyday of the week. This is clearly a situation where stats don't reflect their impact on the court.
If T-Mac was on the Hawks they'd of been playoff bound year in and year out.

To be fair, Tmac brings a lot more than just scoring, and this was his worse TS% over a season ever. Over his career he has averaged a not great, but more respectable .522. BUT just looking at this year, Iverson actually had a TS% of .567. Tmac this season was more in the range of Antoine Walker (.484 career TS%).

Obviously, I'm not talking about Tmac's career, not am I talking about Iverson since Denver. Iverson's story has traditionally been loads of scoring at poor efficiencies, and this is on par with Iverson's least efficient season.
Tmac offers more than just scoring, but his scoring in this case, is hurting the team at this efficiency. Its just awful.

As a Hawks fan, JJ is losing my respect with his shying away from being the go to guy this post-season.
It's one thing to be off your game offensively. But it's a whole different story to not be agressive and JJ has been playing like he's a role player not a star. Far too little shot attempts

It's because he's getting doubled as soon as he catches the ball, if he shot more they would just be bad shots. It's a smart play by Boston because noone on our team can hit a jumpshot to save their life and make Boston pay for it.
