Who is the better player? I think Horford has more potential and will accomplish more over his career. Who do you think is better?

Here's a better question:
What are the chances that this thread will get locked?
The answer is 100%.

Pierce is obviously the better player today, although Horford has eaten the Cs alive on the glass, even in the losses, and Pierce hasn't really overwhelmed in any area even in the wins.

Anyway, while we are on these two I just wanted to take a moment to laugh at all those who said that Horford had made a "big mistake" when he yelled at Pierce.

Al Horford is no where near the talent or skill level of Paul Pierce. Paul Pierce is probably the most under-rated superstar player there is.

Who talks like that? ^ ...

I'm sorry, but Al Horford is not as good as Paul Pierce, that is insane to suggest so. Simple. I'm not a rider as you put it, I'm just smart enough to know which player is better.

Paul Pierce puts up numbers comparable to other "superstars".

Well, its getting off topic but that depends on whether you consider guys like Johnson, Redd, Manu, and Hamilton "superstars" or whether you reserve that catergory for guys like Kobe and Bron.
