You gotta wait at least a year.
See of Horford can emerge like Bosh did in his 2nd season. See how Durant can progress. Oden, Rose, and Beasley not even stepped on an NBA court.

That crew I'd certainly go 07-08. With two years of drafting, you are going to have a lot more depth and the odds are good that Oden, Duran, Beasley, and or Rose are going to come out and be better than Wade who is the best left after LeBron. Most years have the equivalent of a Wade/Anthony/Bosh trio and this is two strong drafts, not one.
With Lebron added, then maybe 03 looks better but even then, I'm not sure . . . depends on how the others develop (if Oden really is the next David Robinson, I'd still take 03).

I don't get why Lebron has to be left off?
The 2003 draft was pretty deep:
Mo Williams/Ford/Hinrich
Wade/Barbosa/Kapono
Anthony/Josh Howard/Pavlovic
Bosh/West/Walton
Kaman/Collison/Perkins

Add LeBron and its pretty stacked for 03'.
