I would take Wade over Dwight, but thats not the biggest problem with your list. You might have Duncan a bit too high, you have Bosh over Carmelo which is wrong after last season, you have Brandon Roy too low, Devin Harris WAY too high, Vince Carter too high, Gasol too low, and somehow managed to put Rashard on there twice (he should probably be around 20, not 17).

Bad list. And for some reason whenever someone starts a list about the top 10 or top 20, the thread starter's list usually isn't very good.

Andre Iguodala being in the top 20 list is a joke. And where is STAT, Durant, and Granger?

I agree with the exception of wade and cp3 over D-12

It is really hard and terribly subjective to rank the top 20 players, but if there is one thing that I think is certain it is that LeBron, Kobe, and Wade are in a class of their own. You can rank the 3 how you want, but they are without question on a different level than anyone else in the league. To be honest, I don't even think it is arguable.
