David West/Emeka Okafor or Pau Gasol/Andrew Bynum or Chris Bosh/Andrea Bargnani, which frontcourt is better?

Lakers
Hornets
Raptors

The problem with the Raptor's frontcourt is that both of them are very soft, weak defensively, and poor at rebounding. Sure they can score, but it would be very difficult for a team with a frontcourt like that to become a contender.

This is an insult to Gasol and Bynum.

I rather have Okafor and West than either of these guys because of the defensive center and Gasol is over hyped he didn't have any playoff wins until Kobe won him some. Then I would take Bosh and Bargnani because they are a good offense duo and can hold their own on defense next season because they are going to be reported much more bulkier. Then I take Bynum and Gasol since I don't think Bynum will amount to anything and Gasol is the oldest out of the six of these guys and he plays beside the best player in the game or second best whatever.

Gasol has led his team to 50 wins while being by far the best player on his team. None of those guys can even sniff that.

He had one the best coaches in the league on his side at the time with a very good supporting cast. He had some of the best perimeter defensive players in the league on his side at that period and when they left his suckage came back on.

Lakers
Hornets
Raptors

The Hornets duo won't be flashy but they're tough / gritty. The Raptors duo is just too finesse oriented for my liking.

Lakers
Hornets

Raptors- unlike Lakers/Hornets- they are pairing up too poor defensive bigs who don't compliment eachother well

I think 47 wins is pretty close to 50 wins.

+1

Though this is obviously not taking into account the injury risk Bynum represents.

Lakers by far. They have the best frontcourt in the league and it's not close really.

Gasol/Bynum easily IMO.

As for Bosh/Bargs vs West/Okafor... I think Bosh/Bargs is the more talented pairing, but West/Okafor complement each other much better.
