Hawks look to snap losing streak Sunday vs. Bulls

The Atlanta Hawks will be back at home on Sunday evening, looking to snap a three-game losing streak as they host the Chicago Bulls. The Hawks dropped a pair of road games in New York (one to each NYC based NBA franchise) earlier in the week, in addition to losing at home on Monday to the Oklahoma City Thunder.

The Bulls have also struggled a bit in the early going this season and will be on the second night of a back-to-back after blowing out the Luka Doncic-less Dallas Mavericks on Saturday evening. Chicago has won their last two games, but sits just 11th in the Eastern Conference standings.

I hope Trae starts to have more impact, because even if they are playing without some main players, it's not normal to see this: over the last 4 games, he has the worst Net rating of the team

Halftime : ATL leading 58-50
Trae without a shot made, but 4pts and 7ast and the team good overall with him.
Bogi with 17pts at 6/10

And good defense on DeRozan to force him taking hard shots

Let's continue like this in the second half, with Trae hitting just some shots

Overtime!

Hawks could win it in regular time without two in and out at 3pts from AJ, and his ball being stolen then making a foul at then end which offer the opportunity for CHI to take the win. Lucky they only made 1 Ft out of 2
AJ still a rookie and the smallest foul will be called

I thought that in the last two minutes, you were able to challenge a foul call.
Nate had 2 timeout left, and he didn't challenge that foul? even if there are few chances it would be successful, he should do it

Hawks down with 0.5s left, and using the 2 timeouts... to get AJ on alley oop and scoring in less than 0.5s! Win!

Between the Bogi "Larry Bird shot" and this alley oop from AJ only, Hawks deserved this win!

And I was wrong for saying Nate should have used a timeout to challenge the foul with 1s left
