Nate it seems could only play 9 guys per game, he actually said it was difficult to play more than 9.
His inflexibility with his game plan rotations was lacking. He would go into each game with a specific plan of who would get minutes and refused to alter it regardless of how the game unfolded.

This statement should have dropped the night Nate was let go on both his Instagram and Twitter.

Trae then should have sat down or ZOOMED with any ESPN/TNT Sports personality (Ramona Shelbourne or Kenny Anderson would be best) and express gratitude for all that Nate has done and acknowledge that he could have and should have approached things differently the last few months.



If these things had been done within 24 hours, it would have silenced a lot of the negative chatter that filled up the last 2 days.

Doesn't matter what he says...people's minds have already been made up since his SL struggles. So he can't win. Has he had some misteps - sure.
He just needs to let his play on the court speak. Not every 'best' player on the team is a great leader out the box, sometimes they need to grow into that role.
