Trae needed to hit 1 of those last 2 deep shots. I felt Beal and Kuz dominated their individual matchups. Not sure why JJ dnp and Bogi capped out at 20 mins. AJG probably needs to go down and find his rhythm in CP.

Again Bogi is shooting out of his mind lately, why isn't he finishing this game.

Trae will hit his next deep attempt.... I just know he will - Trae Young

He made a 3 to get it within 1 with 30 secs left. Beal comes down and scores w/o any real resistance on the following possession. Atp you'd just force the ball out of his hands and make Delon or Kuz take the shot.

I don't know why we never trap in these instances to get the ball out...teams do this to Trae all the time.

Every one of these is correct and obvious to us...in real time. It just reflects that Quin doesn't yet know this roster or how well it works.

I think if Prunty had coached last night while Quin observed from above next to Landry, we win that game pretty easily. Just from the familiarity Prunty has with the players and vice versa.

This is basically pre-season for QS right now. It's gonna be bumpy for a few weeks.

I am done with Trae. He does the same stupid play play after play expecting a different result. The iso drive into the lane against two larger players and it gets blocked and he acts shocked.

This is the fatal flaw when your best player is undersized and lacks elite athleticism.

It's also the result of foul baiting for three quarters.

It does beg the question, what happened to Trae's floater game? It was an elite weapon 2 postseasons ago. And his layup package at/around the rim is muuuuuch less effective.

Ok last thing on this game, I felt Snyder should've let Prunty coach this game and just observed what worked and didn't work with the current dynamic. I think Prunty has a good read on the players, and the transition with a couple of days to practice would've been more transferable for Snyder, but whatever.
