My thoughts:
- This really feels like the right move for him long term.
- I wonder if he regrets not taking that sign and trade to Milwaukee years ago. He'd likely have a title right now.
- It'd be nice to have a younger, cheaper option like Kevin Huerter ready to step into that 6th man role immediately. Too bad we traded him away for J Holiday and a couple of protected future picks.
- Should we look outside the organization to fill this spot for next summer or just hope AJ is ready at age 20?
- Is that what Saddiq Bey is supposed to fill moving forward?
