Aaaahhh.... now this is how I like to watch a Hawks game. JJ, Bibby, Smoove all sitting on the bench relaxing in the 4th.

They are sure to show JJ's last 3 in the highlights. He had already made 5 straight 3s in the quarter. he got a defensive rebound, brought the ball just past half court and jacked it up. I started laughing. He had to be at least 5 feet behind the line.

I love the Clippers announcers. You almost thought they were rooting for the Hawks when Joe was on fire.

They played this game the right way. JJ let his teammates get it going in the 1H, saved some energy for the 2H, and had it going when it counted...

Bibby was huge in getting other guy's off in the 1H... that opened it up to allow Joe to finish it off.

It's just like how Jordan used to do it with the Bulls... he'd let his teammates get into a rhythm early, then take over. Kobe the same thing... hopefully Joe learned alot from a game like this.

Looks like the Hawks aren't the only team that can't hold a lead. Philly was down 18 in the 2nd half and came back to win the game on the road. I don't see how they keep getting these big road wins...there roster is no more talented than ours. Hopefully we can get 2 of 3 on this next road trip.

I missed the 2nd half. Did JJ really spot up and make a shot from just past halfcourt?

Yeah, it was one of the sicket things I have ever seen. He shot it with 100% confidence and afterwords he acted like it was a normal shot. Not that his emotion ever changes anyways. It's really unfortunate he didn't get a few more shots up in the 3rd. He couldn't miss. I know in the last 1:30 or so Smith and Horford each left Joe wide open from 3 and missed their shots.

^^^ That 3 from right over half court was a heat check. After he hit that he really should've gotten the ball more. When a guy is that hot you got to keep going to him. Feed him and fan him as Stinger would say.
