Game 7 Line

Post#1 » by HMFFL » Sat May 3, 2008 6:39 pm

Boston is favored to win by 14 points and the O/U is 190.

I'm so sick of seeing Boston being favored by 14 and 15 at home against Atlanta. While Boston has proved why, it's time for our Hawks to win the biggest game on the road, and prove all the doubters wrong.

Believe!

That sucks. I hope our team does 2 things:

1. Act like it is a home game.

2. Hope Bibby finally takes over. That would be something, that our playoff vet takes over the last game of the series and beats the Celtics.

I'm rooting hard for you guys, I would love nothing more to see the Celtics go down plus I love the young guys on your team. Oh yeah plus I am a Mavs fan and it would mean that we would no longer be the joke of the league for losing in the first round to and 8th seed. Seroiusly though good luck !

Don't get discouraged by the line. It's a road game and they won the first 3 in Boston by an average of 22, so it makes sense to have a large spread. Anyway, it takes a big point spread to set up a historic upset. Anyone remember what the line on the Super Bowl was? It was 14 on some boards. How'd that work out for the team from Boston?
