Now that is a perfect question for us going forward.

Someone please provide Woody's strengths.

I am having problems finding any other than the players know he is in charge and if they want to play, they have to go through him.

Hard worker, a decent defensive coach (until the last 30 games of this season), makes sure his players are good citizens, good with the media, and cares about his players. Not a great list, but that's why I could come up with.

He wears nice suits.
Sounds like Tone Loc.
Has one of the best WTF?! faces in the league after dumb plays.
Will play his "guys" no matter what. Except if they get 2 fouls in 1st.
If it counts luck is worth the same as skill

1.He has the great ability to turn an on the court assassin into a timid bench scrub.

2.Has the ability to make a premature (Please Use More Appropriate Word) chimp look intelligent.

3.Makes it easy and fast for others to realize how dumb he is.

4.Gives guys like Jeremy Richardson,Solo,Salim and Mario some of the best seats in the house every game.Great friend lol

5.Great comedian

When on earth was Salim an on court assassin? I'm still trying to figure this out? And no, two 30 point games over three seasons does not make you a good scorer.

I'm  at every single reply in this thread.

As for the knock on Salim.. it's kinda hard to drop 30 in a game when you average 30 mins per quarter year.

Yes, Woody's WTF-face is priceless, I wouldnt trade it for.. yes I would.

Cwell- I was just joking. I didn't think you were actually Acie Law- even Acie law is more realistic about his game than you are.

Wow, killbuckner broke 7000. Way to participate.

On the earlier question, while I could drone on about observed weaknesses for days, strengths is a quite a bit harder. I've really got nothing, except brainwashing. Yes, brainwashing. He's brainwashed most of the players into believing they be worse off without him. He's brainwashed the owners into believing he's done an excellent job with an insurmountably young flawed roster even though he's still not come near .500.

I'm unsure whether it is lack of proximity or maybe a natural immunity that prevent most of us from falling victim to Woodson's brainwashing skill, but most people around here see him as a third-rate coach.

1. Amusing facial hair.

2. Amusing facial expressions.

3. Highly respected among most players/coaches in the league.

4. Outcoached Doc in the playoffs this year.

That's all I can come up with.
