I hate the faces Woodson makes on the sideline, but I can't say that really impacts his coaching or lack thereof. It just seems that every time the camera pans to him on the bench he has a stupid expression and I think "communicate, you idiot" and then I realize it's happened again and I go back to the game. If the camera man never showed him, it would be a lot less distracting to me. However, I figure the players must have picked up on how to read his expressions by now.

I should have been a lot clearer, that is more symbolic of the problem than anything else. I think Woody doesn't have the personality to get his players' respect. Having that respect is important for dealing young or old players and it is just as important for with players who come across as lazy as it is for players who come across as intense.

I agree that most of the players don't respect Woodson that much but you can leave out JJ. I still can't believe those quotes he made about wanting Woodson back! That probably had a lot to do with Woody staying....you wanna keep your star happy.
