OT: Missing all the fun

And the award goes to mercurial Ron Artest. Ron is going to make 7.4M this year, but he's missing out. Had he opted out he could be a fall back plan for Philadelphia or Golden St. possibly netting a lot him more. Another possibility is he could be like Corey Maggette and experiencing a pay cut, but having the current elite teams in the league jockeying to offer him the full MLE and showing him the love. In the end isn't being loved what Ron Ron really wanted?

Sixers would have never signed him. Our owner is putting on emphasis on character after the fiasco with Iverson and Webber.

Yeah- he screwed up. He thought that only Philly and Memphis would have real money to spend. He didn't realize that the Clippers and Warriors would both end up with significant room as well. He would opt out if he could do it over again.
