Its too early to say that he can't develop into a quality NBA starter. Its not too early to say that he is an extreme longshot to be a quality NBA starter by next season.
If Speedy is able to play this season he is almost certainly going to be a better player than Acie law.

Question is, can Law, Speedy and Flip carry the team through this season if Bibby is traded?
If they can, a better than Zaza, young C should be possible.
We have both picks next off-season so we will have a lot of flexibility next summer. Bibby could get us the big missing piece and the timing could be right given our window of oppportunity.
