Time to do more Pick N Rolls

Hawks have run the pick and roll, but generally the picks are clean, with very little movement from the set guy, and the pick and roll ends up with Joe keeping the ball, and very few passes

When Smith and Horford comes back, i would like to see these guys get some mid range jump shots or slash to the basket after the pick

something that i would love to see, and haven't seen this season is a pick set by Joe for Bibby. this could get some open 3s for Joe and Bibby, and could be very deadly.

Honestly- marvin should be the guy setting the pick. Smith isn't a good enough shooter and I don't think that Horford is skilled enough offensively either.

Joe doesnt pass the ball off pick and rolls. Hardly ever. Its something I have pointed out for seasons now. He just keeps the ball. Bibby will get rid of it from time to time, and is our best option to run the play with.

I think we should be running a 1-2 pick and roll with Joe and Bibby. That way, if they switch, you get a smaller defender on Joe. If they go under, Bibby can shoot the J. If they go over, you have Joe is strong enough to make them pay off the pass.
