The only way to get extended minutes in a tight game is to earn them. The way Acie started the season the best way for him to do that is to produce in garbage time. You have to start somewhere.

One thing i don't like is that when Acie and Flip are in the game together Acie is frequently playing off the ball. I would rather see Flip off the ball since he tends to shoot it without anyone else touching it.

I just don't see it happening. He knows his leash is really short in a tight game so he plays passive. When he knows he isn't going to get yanked, he plays like he knows how to.

The kid just isn't a backup. At least not yet.

Yep. Acie's quicker and a better penetrator. Murray's been regressing since his first 5 or 6 games as a Hawk.
